What happens if I burn through my Compute Units?
Overages bill at your plan's CU rate — never higher — and are metered per-second. You'll see a real-time meter in the Terminal, and we'll email at 80% so there are no surprises. You can also cap overages to $0 in account settings.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Cancel from account settings; your plan runs through the end of the current period, then drops to Free. Deployed strategies keep running in paper mode forever — your work is never held hostage.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. For annual plans, we prorate refunds against unused months. Compute Unit overages are non-refundable once consumed.
Which brokers do you support for live execution?
Live today: Alpaca, Trading 212, Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, and MEXC. Interactive Brokers, Schwab, IG, eToro, Revolut, and Webull are planned. Robinhood and DEGIRO have no usable official API. You connect via API key; Alphonce never holds your assets.
Is Alphonce a broker?
No — Alphonce is a Trading Provider under the 2026 EU AI Act and US SEC analogue. You always hold your assets at your existing broker. We handle intelligence, signal generation, and order routing; they handle custody and settlement.
Can I run my own model?
On Pro and above, yes. The MCP API lets you plug any model — Claude, GPT, Llama, your own fine-tune — into the reasoning pipeline. You're billed for Compute Units consumed; your model tokens are on you. You can also connect Clawbot directly through the API — point it at your own model endpoint, and Clawbot will use your model for signal generation while Alphonce handles data, execution routing, and attribution. Full BYO-model, BYO-bot support.
